Hello! My name is Tim, owner of TK&Photography.
I was always camera shy when I grew up as a child and never thought myself to be so close to one in my life story.​ But I was introduced to the camera through a friend who encouraged me to capture everyday moments with it. The camera inspired me in a way to tell the stories of families, friends, and lovers. I was able to dive deeper into lifestyle photography with great mentoring and guidance throughout my career and it allowed me to grow to become a storyteller.
I was born in Korea but grew up in Nepal where I was able to appreciate and experience diverse cultures. It helped me open my eyes to look at the world through a different view which inspired me to tell stories in its unique and 'beautifulest' angle.
I am always trying to be better at what I do by being creative and taking risks that not many will try to do.
O U R A P P R O A C H
We, as your photographers, dedicate our energy in capturing every emotions and moments during your special day. From the delicate details to the genuine moments, the tears of joy, the cheerful laughters, and even the way you hold each other.

Through mindful and editorial eye, all our portraits, details, and moments are deliberately documented with a purpose.

We give clear instructions and directions when we need to and always have an eye for details, from rearranging your dress or the way you're holding the bouquet so that everything looks perfect. While we still do all of this, we also know when to step out to capture the genuine moments you create with your loved ones.

We believe that stories deserves to be timeless and be shared with everyone we love. They are our legacy.

Our inspiration and promise to you is to capture genuine moments, tell your story of the beginning of a forever, and to document the happiest day in life in a photograph.

T H E P R O C E S S
1. CONNECT
We will have a short video meeting to go over your vision of the day and go over the different collections offered to fulfill the needs of the day.
​
2. BOOKING
​
Once you have chosen the collection you need for your wedding day, we will send out a welcome email where you can review the collection you have chosen, e-sign the contract, and instructions to pay your retainer.
​
3. ENGAGEMENT SESSION PLANNING
​
Fill out the engagement session questionnaire and start creating a mood board for your engagement session. We give you location recommendations, ideas, and outfit recommendations to match your vision. The photos will be delivered within 2-3 weeks.
​
4. WEDDING DAY PLANNING
​
A wedding day timeline and a wedding day questionnaire will be provided for you upon booking. We can go through the wedding timeline together once it has been finalized by you and your planner. Please create a wedding day mood board so that we can capture the photographs you envision.
We will have a final call to go over all the details a week before the wedding.

1. ARRIVAL
We will be typically arriving to the venue or to the starting location 30 minutes before our start time to fully scout the location and carefully choose the best areas to start documenting the day. Please have all details, such as the wedding dress, invitations, florals, jewelries, shoes, and anything meaningful thing to you ready for us, so that we can carefully place them and compose them artistically.

2. GETTING READY
​
Our photographers will split and start capturing the getting ready moments. We begin placing the details provided to us carefully and document it. This is also the time when we capture the final make-up touch on our bride and fun genuine moments with your friends and family before getting into your dress or your suit. We will guide you where the best lighting is for photos when you're putting on your dress or your shoes and capture all the intimate moments you have with your wedding party.

3. COUPLE PORTRAITS
​
If you've booked us for the engagement session, we've already practiced this! However, we begin with my favorite part of the day, the first look. We will guide you through this once in a life time moment so that you can truly enjoy this very romantic and intimate moment. Once the first look is finished, will go around the venue for couple portraits and during this time, we will guide you through different poses (if you forgot!) to capture both of you in the best possible light and angles.

4. WEDDING PARTY & FAMILY PORTRAITS
​
Your wedding party will want photos with you as well! During this time, we will be doing different combinations of individual and group photos. These can be traditional and fun but also editorial style! As for family photos, we will go through the photo list that you have provided in the wedding questionnaire and make sure we get all the photos taken care of.

5. CEREMONY, COCKTAIL, AND RECEPTION
​
We like to get all the moments from your day. We will be capturing candid moments of your families and friends mingling before the ceremony and once the ceremony starts, we will anticipate and capture all the emotional moments, a tear from the parents, laughter from the guests, and the way you're holding hands during the ceremony. During cocktail hour, if time allows, we will be doing a mini couple portrait session with the sunset and then get ready for the beautiful reception.

1. WEDDING PREVIEWS
After the wedding day, you can expect 20-30 previews from the wedding day. The previews will be fully edited and will be in high-resolution so you can share it with your friends and families and even print them for your thank you cards.
​
2. GALLERY
​
The full gallery will be delivered through your email within 4-6 weeks from the wedding day and will have all the deliverable photos that we select when we process the images initially. Your photos will be in different categories for convenience and you will have full access to them. You can download, share, and order prints from your gallery.
​
3. ALBUM
​
If you have purchased an album with your collection or want to purchase additional albums, we will be sending you an email with instructions for designing the album. We will give you recommendations when you are choosing your favorite photos to be included in the album. Once you have chosen your favorites, we will custom design the spreads and send you an initial draft of the album. From there you can make comments to make adjustments to the design. When the final design of the album is approved by you, we will inform you of any additional charges. Once the balance is fully paid, the album artisans will produce and ship the album straight to you. Typical turnaround time is 1 month but if it takes you longer to approve the design, then the turnaround time may take longer.
